P.A.F. was born from the idea to bring to the table the quality of the fine Italian food as a jourine.

where we are only the messenger between the food and the story behind that, where the experience won't be only the food, but the interaction between us explaining, teaching, talking and showing what we do, how we do and the most important thing why we do things in a particular way.

We also firmly believe that our part is bringing back the simplicity in the food, we appreciate the little thing 

and try to keep sustainability behind our kitchen, no waste is a big part of our philosophy where we focus on bringing our authenticity to the table 

and delicious combination of flavour, unique preparation, the love and work that we put in makes the dinner a favolose time to spend with friends and family.
